Manor House wedding venue is an elegant, charming colonial mansion that sits on top of the foothills of Denver’s Red Rock Mountains surrounding the venue with a 360 degree view in Littleton, Colorado. Furthermore, once you make your way behind The Manor House you’re dazzled with a view of Denver’s city skyline peeking its way through the valley of the mountains. Beyond its surface and exterior beauty this Colorado wedding venue is also rich in cultural history. As if the venue couldn’t get any better, it’s also overflowing with natural light pouring in making every single photo uplit with a heavenly glow. As a Colorado wedding photographer, photographing at a natural light venue makes the world of a difference.
Every love story is beautifully unique, but man oh man – Bailey and Matt’s may be one of my favorites. From sharing the same hometown of Tulsa but never crossing paths until their freshman year at Oklahoma State University – it’s a love story nothing short of destiny. Taking a trip down memory lane, I was lucky to get to know these sweet souls first for their Rocky Mountain engagement session when the pair opted for Denver engagement pictures solidifying their new forever home out west and the life they’re building together in Colorado. Fast forward to last month, we were finally able to celebrate Bailey and Matt officially becoming husband and wife after a whirlwind year of planning with the most elegant Colorado wedding at The Manor House in Littleton, CO.
Bailey was a bridal vision in her minimalist chic wedding dress. We captured not one but two first look moments during their classy Denver wedding. As Bailey made her way to her first look with her father, you could feel the emotion and anticipation building. It was clear that this father-daughter duo has a tremendously special bond. I’m over the moon that we were able to document the once in a lifetime moment between the two. From there, the bride made her way outside where we captured a non-traditional approach to her first look with soon-to-be husband. You see, the pair chose a stunning Denver skyline wedding venue. Therefore, Bailey had the idea of positioning herself behind the mansion with the rocky mountain skyline as the backdrop. Instead of the bride simply tapping the groom’s shoulder, instead Matt walked up to her. Seeing his bride-to-be in her wedding dress, standing among the picturesque mountain backdrop representing her in their new home was so intimate and simply magical.
Bailey and Matt, it was an honor to capture your love during your elegant Colorado wedding. I wish you a life-long journey of growing together and deeper in love. I hope you enjoy your wedding photos as family heirlooms for decades to come.
