I was born in the US but I spent fifteen of my years growing up in the beautiful, bustling city of Seoul, South Korea. I'm fluent in Korean and visit the motherland pretty often to stay in touch with my roots.

05. I am a proud
Everyday, I'm creating and building my greatest masterpiece--my family and the joy in the ordinary moments. I met the love of my life at 24-years-young who is now my business partner and father to three beautiful children--June, Olive, and Crew. My love story added immense emotional depth in my life and changed the way I see the world. I truly believe it was their love and the love I have for them that make me a better artist, business woman, and wedding photographer.
A FAMILY WOMAN
04. i am
I embrace femininity but I'm a retired Air Force Intelligence officer so I'm all about getting my hands dirty, too. Being in the Air Force empowered me as a woman and taught me to lead, direct, and guide despite all the environmental and social pressures i.e. the wedding day--qualities I've carried over with me into the wedding industry.
I'M A VETERAN
03. most people don't know that
I used to make my own dresses either from scratch or re-purposing ones I found at thrift shops. I truly thought one day I would become a fashion designer and even applied to FIDM. Thankfully, I have the most fashion-forward clients and feel that I'm able to express my passion for fashion by capturing and sharing their aesthetic choices.

"Food is everything we are. It's an extension of nationalist feeling, ethnic feeling, your personal history, your province, your region, your tribe, your grandma. It's inseparable from those from the get-go."
- Anthony Bourdain
It's art. So yes, I'll be that gal that stops you from taking your first bite so that I can document and revel in the masterpiece.
