Andie and Shane grew up in Torrance, California.  They shared mutual friends.  And at one point, they met at a Homecoming dance during their senior year in highschool that of which Andie doesn’t quite remember.  They also both attended the University of California San Diego and quite literally crossed each other’s paths more times than they could count.  It wasn’t until Spring of 2015, years later, that a wedding for Shane and girls trip for Andie, brought them together once again in San Francisco.  This time, they really saw each other.  This time, Andie remembered.  After all those years of walking right past each other, this time, they walked straight into each other’s hearts.

We planned the engagement photography session by the dreamy beachy cliffs of Terranea Resort near their hometown, as it was the perfect background to their love story and where it all began.  Lucky for me, I get to continue photographing them this weekend as their family and friends come together to celebrate their wedding day.
